3 Ardarroch is a highly maintained traditional cottage which comfortably sleeps 6 people.  There is one double and two twin bedrooms (one with a cot).  There is a large, refurbished dining kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and electric cooker.  The lounge is bright and sunny with a beautiful view over the loch.  There is a colour television, video and DVD player.  The bathroom and double bedroom are on the ground floor.  The bathroom has both an electric shower and a bath.  The two twin bedrooms are on the upper floor and look out onto the loch.  There is also a small WC upstairs.  Outside there is ample space for parking and two enclosed garden areas - one directly on the shore of the loch.
